Potential buyers will be offered 10 parcels for residential and business purpose at the auction that will be organized by the City Development Institute (ZIG) of Novi Sad on September 9 and 10.
Applications will be received prior to September 8th. On the first day, potential buyers will be offered a land for construction of a residential building at the corner of Djordje Rajkovica Street and Pаtrijаrhа Cаrnojevicа Street at the starting price of about RSD 20.5m, as well as two building lots for family houses in Rumenka and two in Cenej at the average starting price of about RSD 1m.
The second auction will be organized for the sale of a land for construction of a residential building in Kornelijа Stаnkovicа Street, near Veselinа Mаslese Street, and the starting price is close to 31 million dinars. A business building will be built on the parcel in Teodorа Mаndicа Street, and the starting price of that parcel is about 25 million dinars.
Another two building lots for family houses in Cenej (both for about 1.3 million dinars) and one building lot in Kac (at the same starting price as the lots in Cenej) will also be offered for sale at the auction. These will be the fifth and the sixth auction in 2010 and, so far, the City has earned about 150 million dinars from the sale of land, that is, 37.91% of the projected income. At the same time, ZIG paid RSD 1,942,000,000 to the city budget, which is 53.23% of the projected amount. By the end of the year, ZIG will organize auctions for another ten locations.
