The Tender commission has stopped procedure for construction of certain parts of half-highway on the Corridor 10 until three bidders complete their offers in order to make it possible for the commission determine which of the offers the most favorable one is.
At the Ministry of infrastructure we yesterday failed to get any details regarding remarks made to the bidders. We only received decision publicized in the ‘Official Paper’ on February 19. It however does not specify the reason why the tender has been stopped.
Aleksandar Stanovic of ‘Nibens’, one of the bidders, says that his company shall not complain over decision by the Tender commission to stop the tender procedure.
‘We are amending our offer as request. According to our offer one kilometer of the road costs less than a million of EUR’, Stanovic says.
He claims that the offer by the domestic consortium is the best for several reasons, one of them being that all of 110 kilometers are constructed within nine months.
‘Offer by ‘Hidroelektroniskogradnja’ of Zagreb and ‘Voj put’ of Subotica does not have valid bank guarantee and this consortium should have been disqualified immediately. ‘Primorje’ of Slovenia offered a price very much above the planned budget for this deal’, Stanovic claims.
