Its central area is For public purposes, and the rest with buildings is arranged and positioned so as not to prevent the natural view, using the advantages of the terrain configuration.

§ A residential unit (ready for its further growth) allows for a number of possibilities of their interconnecting within this wholeness. The typical bay is formed by two parallel tracks which consist of four spans 5.4 m, between which a vertical communication tie is positioned with the span of 4.2 m respectively 4.5 m.

§ The typical residential unit design is defined by eight points:

1. there is a typical basic core of all flats;

2. usage of one of the existing assembly systems;

3. such track system which allows cross ventilation;

4. flexibility of Flats with increased space;

5. separation of rooms strictly for family from living room area;

6. separation of rooms under the principle day-night;

7. expansion of dining area and

8. principle of double orientation.

§ The design allows for a simple assembly system building under the tunnel principle - cross walls are executed in sliding forms with typical span. The ceiling is also assembly type and its input is performed according to the tunnel system.
