The towers in Kuwait were designed as a set of three towers two For water and one for lighting. All three are high reinforced concrete structures.

§ The main tower carries two spheres. It is 185 m high. In the lower larger sphere there are a water reservoir 4,00 m3 capacity, a restaurant, a banquet hall and an indoor garden. In the upper, smaller sphere there are a scenic lookout platform (belvedere terrace) a snuck-bar with movable floor as well as associate facilities.
§ The tower 145.80 m high carries only one concrete sphere. Its only function is to serve as a water reservoir with the capacity of 4,00 m3.
§ The tower 11.60 m high is a lighthouse which illuminates this architectural set with floodlights.
§ The other important characteristics are: The tops of the conical towers are finished in the needle shape, and the structure is made of flaring materials which shine day and night. The concrete spheres are lined with plasticized aluminium plates.
