The total area of the congress centre is 30,115 m2, with one floor under the ground and four above it. It consists of a hall, a meeting room, VII' section, press-centre and administrative-office part.

The multi-purpose congress hall has the capacity 4,500 seats. The central part of the hall has 418 seats, whereas 157 seats are on the platform for the executive council.
The total number of seats on galleries is 2,414. In the ground floor there are three meeting; rooms with the capacity of 100 to 170 seats. These rooms can be converted into several smaller units and thus a maximum t7exibility is achieved. The VIP section has the most modern security equipment. The press centre is a separate unit locked on the third floor und directly connected to the VIP section (the press-conference room), the foyer and the main hall.
In the press centre there are: n post office, a telex room, telephone booths, office area with individual offices and a bar with drinks. The administrative-office part is a separate block which operates throughout the year, and it has its own entrance.
