Forum Hotel

The hotel with ground floor and six floors has the area of 23,000 m2. Beside the standard rooms with 450 beds, 8 suites and one de luxe suite, the hotel has three restaurants, several bars and clubs, a multipurpose hall with 150 seats and five smaller parlors for business talks.

Information

§ The structure is concrete, cast in-situ. The first four floors are the slabs on pillars and girders with the span of 7.2 x 7.2 m, and the other floors are in the system of cross walls on centre to centre 3.6 m. The facade is lined with stone.

§ The hotel has a swimming pool, solarium, sauna, exercise room, offices and computer centre. The utility part of the building contains a central kitchen with handy additional kitchens, laundry, dry cleaners, service workshops, parking area and undeground garage in two levels.
