Hipodrom Intersection

Construction of overpasses at the Careva Cuprija will abolish the cross road and rail traffic in the position Pastroviceva street. This will increase security and accelerate traffic to Banovo hill, and the central parts of the city.

In addition to the new bridge, the works include the reconstruction of the Duke Misic Boulevard. Overpass will have two strips of traffic in each direction, there will be wide Three-pointed intersection which will allow smooth movement in the direction of the bridge to Banovo hill or further passage Duke Misic Boulevard.

Bridging the existing railway is a demanding and complex job because the site is located on the railway route compositions that can not stop. Above Duke Misic Boulevard is the approach with the total length of about a kilometer, while the intersection of itself with Paštrovićeva Street is a hundred meters long bridge with columns that are based on depth of 12 meters in order to get support for a safe road.
