§ Description of the project: The complex of factories within the Kuban Combine includes 4 newly built factories on the area of 320 ha, a housing estate "Sadvod", and infrastructure for the industrial complex:
- Confectionery Factory;
- Wrapping and Packing Material Factory;
- Milk Receiving and Processing Factory;
- Frozen Food and Ice Cream Factory.

 

CONFECTIONERY FACTORY
§ The building is constructed from prefabricated elements, with the area 23,000 m2. Height of the building 8 m. The structure is of prefabricated reinforced concrete pillars, adhesively prestressed beams span 18 m, roof slabs span 12 m, and as facade elements prefabricated facade panels of ceramsite concrete.

 

WRAPPING AND PACKING MATERIAL FACTORY
§ It is the biggest building within the complex with the area 50,000 m2. The building is partly one-floor and partly two-floor. The capacity of the factory is 22,000 t per year.

 

MILK RECEIVING AND PROCESSING FACTORY
§ From the technological point of view, it is a modern building with area 14,000 m2 and yearly capacity of 52,000,000 l.
§ Within the dairy there are: receiving and pasterization of milk, curdled milk products, butter, sterilized milk. All the processes are automatic, applying the most modern processing technique.

 

FROZEN FOOD AND ICE CREAM FACTORY
§ The building consists of three technological units, with total area 20,000 m2.
§ THE HOUSING SETTLEMENT "SADVOD" includes houses for staff accommodation, as well as the hotel, clinic, and shopping & crafts centre.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE
§ There have been built: water supply, rain and waste water sewage, steam, hot water and gas distribution, electrical cable distribution, roads and footways.
