Palace "Albania" is a beautiful building in the center of the capital of Serbia, built in 1940th according to the architects and Djordje Prljevic and Mladen Lazarevic.

It is located in the center of Belgrade at the entrance to famous pedestrian street of this city, Knez Mihailova street.
This building is the first skyscraper of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and is one of the few buildings that remained during World War II.
The project was then a new palace contained the most modern technological solutions of the time, and indicated the tendency of development of narrow city center.
Small parcels in private ownership gave way to place larger lots, and building on them given the emphasis on the third dimension - height.
