The Clinical Centre is a part of the existing complex of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. It covers 37.5 ha in the centre of the city. The Centre is attached to the pavilion-type hospital complex and the new building will house all basic branches of internal medicine and surgery.

§ The existing buildings in the complex after their renovation and reconstruction will serve for various institutes and some branches of medicine.
§ The building of the Centre has a modern concept, and is furnished with the most up-to-date medical equipment and technology. The total area is 52,500 m2, and consists of three bays:
the first bay - GF+12 - diagnosis;
the second bay - GF+13 - hospitalization;
the third bay - GF+2 - surgery block.
The supporting buildings in the complex are: emergency centre, heating plant, power plant and the access platforms.
§ The structure of the building is the classical one in reinforced concrete, columns with grid 6.90 x 6.90 without capitals and secondary beams. The partition walls are prefabricated flexible elements. The facade walls are the elements with polyurethane
